At The Art Factory, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchases. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit back to our studio.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
