To Use: Hold the stencil firmly against the skin using the tabs on each side. Apply paint or makeup with a damp sponge. To create a 3D effect, you can slide the stencil over slightly and dab on a second color. Be sure to wipe & dry your TAPS between uses to avoid smudging or paint transfer.
